The binder I received had a little bit of a nick in the leather on the back, but it's not super noticeable. Overall, I'm very happy with filofax and pens and leather, I will be a repeat customer!

The leather is beautiful and the binder well-constructed. Like all filofaxes, it is a bit stiff when new, but can be trained to lie flat. MORE IMPORTANTLY, this is a great company to buy from. After being discouraged from a bad experience with another filofax vendor in the US, I tried Pens and Leather. Great service, the aqua finsbury I ordered came very quickly and it looks brand new and perfect, unlike what I had received from the previous vendor I just cited. I am so happy with my purchase and will come to Pens and Leather for my future dayplanner purchases.
