The successful LAMY studio pen series is being expanded with the addition of a new attractive dark-blue metallic colour  writing instrument variant.

This new Imperial Blue pen colour will take the place of the existing blue colour as of 2012. Up-to-date design, with a propeller-shaped, glossy chrome metal clip by Hannes Wettstein, the Swiss designer who also created the LAMY scribble. The pen series follows the trend towards slightly thicker writing instruments, and with its range of variants offers alternatives for differing requirements. Addition of an attractive, classic imperialblue colour variant.

Pen details:
Barrel/top part made of stainless steel, Imperial dark-blue lacquered.
High-quality lacquering, which is applied in two layers of blue colour and matt lacquer, with high-gloss chrome grip.

Multi-system twin pen pencil:
The mechanism of the LAMY studio twin penoperates as a twist-twist action.
The system is selected and the mechanical pencil is advanced by means of a twist movement.
The built-in eraser tip is accessed by removing the entire upper part.
